Couldn't agree more. No matter what people in the professional world want to say about wiki, it won't be making the public use it less.
The vast storage of all kinds of useful and useless knowledge and the ease of finding that info has already spread into the mainstream. It's quickly becoming the next, "google it".
Great pointers for companies that find themselves on wiki and feel that they need to own it. To put it simply, You can't own it! Put the keyboard down!
